Our catering services are provided by Illichmann’s Sausage Shop, a local deli that has been family-owned and operated since 1971.

Everything produced at Illichmann’s is made by hand, using timeless traditional European recipes. Their catering trays and sandwiches are made fresh every day using only the finest, freshest ingredients, thus ensuring that each offering maintains the high quality our families have come to expect.
