Traditional Funeral Service

This package includes:

  • Arrangement conference at our Funeral Home or residence.
  • Securing and filing of all documents and permits for disposition.
  • Transfer of deceased from Place of Death (24-hour service) within city limits
    *Additional fees apply if after hours, additional personnel required, or outside city limits.
  • Preparation and dressing.
  • Funeral Service at one of our facilities, church or venue of your choice.
  • One hour visitation immediately prior to service at one of our facilities, church, or venue of your choice.
  • Use of Funeral Coach if required.
  • Complimentary Memorial Tribute page on our website for obituary and service information.
  • Unlimited Funeral Director’s Certificates of Death for estate purpose.s
  • Benefit Package with “What Do We Do After a Death” guidebook.
  • Lead car for clergy and cemetery procession if required.
  • Committal service at cemetery.
  • Basic wood veneer casket included, or casket of choice, add casket choice to package of $4580.
  • Memorial book and up to 200 memorial cards.

*Please note there is an additional fee of $110 for after hours transfers (between 5 pm and 9 am) and an additional fee of $90 for transfers requiring additional personnel.

Optional Items:

The following optional items may also be added to your package:

  • Aftercare Services – includes completion and submission of CPP Death Benefit and Survivor’s Benefit, cancellation of OAS and Alberta Senior’s Benefits applications (those who qualify can receive up to $2,500 towards funeral and cremation expenses) – $250.
  • Caskets range from $1415 to $6000.
  • Burial vaults range $1195 to $1695 (not required at city owned cemeteries).
  • Dressing options $200 – $400.
  • Staff pallbearers $125 each.
  • Delayed graveside service following reception $300.
  • Cemetery tent and six chairs $200.
  • Obituary in the Calgary Herald and Calgary Sun – we are happy to obtain a quote.
  • Use of reception facility with tea, coffee and juice provided – $500.
  • Prayer service at our facility or venue of your choice – $750.
  • Overtime for weekend or holiday Services – $400.
  • Family goodbye – $400 (during business hours), $500 (during evening hours), $125 (each additional hour of visitation).
  • Memorial tribute DVD with up to 80 photos $295.
  • Family limousine (holds 7 people) Pallbearers limousine (hold 7 people) – $300 each.
  • Floral tributes range from $100 – $600.
